1 Agency Evaluation Paper Alissa Augugliaro 10/19/19 To begin, the first company that I am interested in interning act is actually the world’s first trillion-dollar company. Apple Inc. is an innovation company that is renowned for their products and excellent customer service. The Apple Campus, located in Austin Texas is how to Apple Care, the site for all things service related. In this campus resides everything from customer service, HR, engineering, network support, management, and more. The Apple Care mission statement is “We are ‘Here to Help’”, also known as H2H. Although Apple Care is a large community, I intend to apply to Apple Wellness. The Apple Wellness department provides services for Apple Employees in locating physical, mental, or emotional help. This team provides resources based on each individual employee to find a nutritionist, therapist, counselor, or medical provider that meets the need of the employee or their families. That being said, my clients in this position would be other Apple Care Employees. I found out about this opportunity after already working at Apple for almost three years. This company combines my knowledge with family and child sciences with my knowledge of technology in order to help employees in their journey to self-innovation. There are several aspects that interest me in this company: I’ve worked there for over 2 years now, I enjoy the benefits, and I stand by the Apple Credo. The second company that I am looking to apply to is my former middle school, Challenger Middle school located in Spring Hill, Florida. The K-8 is a mathematics and science school that encourages exploration of science and its vast fields at an early age. As a former alumnus of the school, I believe that my time there is what sparked my

2 Agency Evaluation Paper interest in science, and I would like to encourage that same inspiration in current students. The school offers several science programs, including a computer fluency course. I am well versed after worked tech support and working my computer science minor in how to teach computer fluency properly. The mission statement of the school is “ad Astra per aspera” which means, “through hardships to the stars”. I keep in touch with the school’s science department head and she informed me that I would assist the current computer teacher in help student’s computer fluency and simple coding, whether it be explaining the task, providing examples, or debugging codes....
