Focus for the Week: Provide emotional and religious support to 10BSB Soldiers and families. Maintain a constant visible presence within the unit to ensure all soldiers of 10BSB have a chance to talk to UMT if they need to.

Initiatives: UMT maintained visibility on BN CCIR and provided emotional support to 2 SMs. UMT submitted memo in support of religious accommodation for a SM. UMT provided platoon ‘Word of the Day’ during PT formation. UMT Submitted CONOP for Spiritual Fitness Bike Event, pending XO approval. UMT Submitted CONOP for Strong Bonds on 8/27-29/2020, pending XO approval.
