Hepatic Encephalopathy Accumulation of ammonia due to liver failure can lead to neurologic decline. Hepatorenal Syndrome Renal failure associated with hepatic failure. Coagulation Defects Liver is unable to synthesize coagulation factors making the client prone to bleeding.
