Tip

Your password must be at least 6 characters long. You may use any combination of letters, numbers and special characters; however, it is strongly recommended that you use your Air Canada Aeronet password.

Tip Your security question should be something that only you know and that you will remember if you forget or lose your password.

Once you are done filling in these prompts, click “Change Password” to make the changes and begin buying your uniform items.

4.

How do I retrieve a forgotten password? If you have already changed your password, but have forgotten or lost the password, there is a space to input your employee number.

You will then be taken to a page where you will answer your security question and be asked to provide a new password. When you have finished, click on Change Password and you will be logged in and ready to order.

5. How and why do I add my email address? Click My Account Overview or My Account in the cart area to enter the My Account Area. Then click on Account.

You may change your email address in the email address field at the bottom of the left column in this view. Adding an email address in this area will allow you to receive your order confirmations. Without an updated email address, you will need to print your order confirmations manually. You will also receive updates on your orders or returns. Unisync Group does not collect email addresses in this field for anything other than notification of order statuses related to the Electronic Boutique. You may change your email address at any time.

6. How do I place an order on Unisync’s Electronic Boutique? A. Selecting Products Log in to the Electronic Boutique using the steps from Section 1 and Section 2, above. Upon successful log in, you will be taken to the Unused Quota page. This will show you apparel and accessories that you are able to buy, your original allotment (Original Quota), your remaining allotment (Unused Quota) and the date of renewal for each product.

2. Click on the product thumbnail from View Products or category views.

Page: 14

Revised: 21Jan2015

This is the individual product view. You will need to select your fit (if necessary), size and quantity.

Page: 15

Revised: 21Jan2015

Many items available have Petite, Regular and Tall fits. If this is an option for the garment you are buying, you will need to select a fit. If you are unsure, you can click on the link at the bottom of the individual product view to see a size chart. Then, select your size. Again, if you need help determining your size, click on the size chart on the bottom of the page.

Page: 16

Revised: 21Jan2015

Finally, if the item has a quota greater than 1, you will need to specify a quantity. The individual product view will display the maximum quantity that you are allowed to order. Click Add to Cart to add the product to your cart.

Tip Many items come in quota groups that include more than one choice. You are allowed to choose any combination of items that adds up to the total in that quota group. In this example, if you have 8 shirts in your quota, you may choose 4 long sleeved shirts and 4 short-sleeved shirts. If there are multiple options and a quota of one, you may choose one or the other.

Repeat this process for all items that you are buying in this order.

If you want to make changes, click on the product description to return to the product and adjust your sizing following Section 4a. You can adjust quantity or remove an item in the cart. 2. Employee Total is the cost to you from allowance and/or payroll deduct. Company Total is what your company pays for. 3. If you have made changes to the cart, be sure to click Update to have those changes saved before submitting the order. 4. Click Finished Shopping? Check out to start the check-out process.

Your order’s shipping address will default to the boutique location assigned; however, you can choose any of the three boutique locations. For employees not assigned to a boutique, the shipping address will be the home address on file. If you are paying with employee allowance or payroll deduct, you will not be asked to input billing information. It will be automatically billed to your employee allowance or payroll deduct account with Air Canada. If you do not have employee allowance or payroll deduct as an option, you may be asked to input credit card information.

If you are satisfied with your items and have reviewed all of the shipping information, click on the Place Order button.

7. How do I know my unused quota? You can always click on Show Unused Quotas in the upper right hand corner of the page view to see your unused quota table.

Your unused quota will also show up on the individual product view. If you do not have quota remaining for an item, you will not be able to order it until the next allotment/allowance period.

Tip Many items are part of a “quota group,” this gives you the flexibility to order a combination of different items within the group. In the following example, you would be able to order either the Black Topper Coat or the Black All Weather Coat.

However, among pants and skirts, you would be able to order a combination of all three items, with up to 4 items total.
