Review food and restaurants critics in an online or printed newspaper. Create a similar format for your deliverable. 3. Exchange reviews in class with your peers, agree or disagree in your findings and give recommendations.

Before going to Coque Restaurant, (Madrid, Spain), I took the time to review the various opinions of diners who had attended the place, among most good reviews, and one or two complaints or displeasure. It's been two days since I went to Coque, and today is when I give my result on this one. The experience of the Coque menu was very good, what I liked most was the concept, going through the different rooms: bar, wine cellar, sacristy, kitchen and restaurant, and being able to taste the different dishes, all very rich. I liked it a lot, but it lacked a little punch in some dishes for it to be outstanding, and for the high price of the menu with wine pairing, you expect even a little more.

And as a negative criticism, I had warned in the reservation that I do not like mushrooms, and although they knew it because they changed the appetizer that they give you in the kitchen, in the restaurant one of the dishes they did not change it and it had a mushroom sauce, so I did not eat it. Those details should be taken care of, because they make the experience lose strength. In summary, it is a restaurant that can stand up, it has a diverse menu, although not so extravagant, a good atmosphere, spacious, quiet; the only detail to consider, is that they should listen to their client, because I will not be the first or the last one to go through that uncomfortable moment, since one gives specifications of how one wants it, although it also depends on how requested that dish is, since the restaurant will not change a part of the dish just for one person, when the others like it, just the way it is.
