Tajul Aris Ahmad Bustami is an Assistant Professor at Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia. He has taught several Islamic law subjects and specializes in Islamic Law of Succession. The author also has written several books and articles on issues relating to Islamic legal system in Malaysia. Mohd Hisham Mohd Kamal is an Assistant Professor at Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia. The author has written several works in the areas of Islamic legal system and public international law.

Farid Sufian Shuaib Tajul Aris Ahmad Bustami Mohd Hisham Mohd Kamal

Farid Sufian Shuaib is an Assistant Professor at Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia. He currently holds the post of Deputy Director, Harun M. Hashim Law Centre. The author has written articles on issues in Syariah courts, the Malaysian legal system and constitutional law in local and international journals. He has published several books including Powers and Jurisdiction of Syariah Courts in Malaysia in its second edition and co-authored Constitution of Malaysia: Text and Commentary.
