Recently, a part-time job has become popular among the community and has become a modern lifestyle nowadays due to rising living standards and the difficulty of getting a permanent job. Therefore, the community realizes the benefits of a part-time job, which is able to get a new experience, able to improve communication skills and able to help their parents financially. First of all, having a part-time job is one of the ways to get a new experience. When teenagers or adult who is doing a part-time job, they will learn many skills from their employer. They also can build a new experience from learning the skills and apply the experience in their future life. The new experience likable to form an attractive personality through this part-time is example for new experience. Jobs at work build new teenagers ’identities because these jobs require them to be punctual, hardworking, follow instructions, and use common sense when interacting with customers. Teenagers who used to be lazy, lack vision, lack self-confidence, and so on will definitely change the old attitude once they work part-time. Not only that, the happiness and sadness moment with a new friend while doing a part-time job also can be considered as a new experience. They can earn opportunity to learn the new character of others and at the same time, they get a few memories while doing the job. Communication skills are not only important in conversations with family or friends at school, but it is also important in doing part-time job.
