AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, PABLO CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino, single, and resident of Basey, Samar, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that: 1. On December 24, 2020, I have entered into a Deed of Absolute Sale of a Portion of a Parcel of Land which was acknowledged on the same date before Notary Public Atty. Leila del Cinco of ______ and entered in her Notarial Register as Doc. No. ___, Page No. ___, Book No. ___, Series of 2020. 2. In the said Deed of Absolute Sale, I was the VENDEE of a certain parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 2012-03-00405, designated as Lot No. 12-B of the subdivision plan, Psd-08-000304210, located at Brgy. 5-A, Brgy 5-A, Tacloban City, containing an area of 1,000 square meters more or less against registered owner and VENDOR, Juan Pascual. 3. I have purchased half of the above-mentioned parcel of land on the same date from the VENDOR. 4. I am executing this Affidavit for the purpose of attesting to the truthfulness of the foregoing allegations of an adverse claim over the parcel of land covered by the Transfer of Certificate of Title No. 2012-03-00405.
