Cathy must first focus on her current canteens and expansion of those. Since Cathy has 3 canteens all over the school, and assuming that the school has a wide area by catering all primary, secondary except Senior High School and college, Cathy can add another slot of canteen on other buildings of the university to establish customer familiarity, gain more profit, serve a wider range of customers, and to penetrate the market of canteen on the university. Moreover, Assuming that there is a close

competition between Cathy’s canteen and her other competitors, especially, she can obtain a competitive advantage through innovative marketing strategies such as Buy-one-take-one, Free 50 lunches during University Day, free complementa such as Juice, or cheap baked goods. As handy as it may, but, getting as much contact as you can to your customers is essential to obtain a desirable market.
