Description

a) I would like to study Adult Nursing at university, however I have found 2 universities that offer Adult and Mental Health Nursing which is a course I will also apply for. b) I would like to study somewhere that isn’t too far from home, but far enough. Bournemouth, Oxford Brookes, and UWE are my top 3 choices. I am yet to decide my other 2 but it will likely be University of Gloucestershire and University of Manchester. c) I would like to start my university degree in September 2022 as I am currently doing my Access to HE diploma. d) I am interested in becoming a Nurse, with hopefully becoming a prescribing nurse after gaining the relevant experience and merging my pharmacy experience with it. I would then like to specialise in a particular field. Dermatology is one I have a keen interest in as I have had skin problems myself, however Mental Health is also something I am very passionate about as I have had many people close to home deal with mental illness. My experience in pharmacy is also something that has opened my eyes to Mental Health as the area I work in is underprivileged, and many people struggle on a daily basis....
