INTRODUCTION Our team has decided to choose ‘Car Sales Management’ as our first project in CSC128. Our main purpose is to develop a system where the owner and staffs can easily access to observe every car sale for every year. Reason on why we have decided to develop this system is because the clerk always find it hard to key in every sale for each car every month. This method is a big flaw for the company as the calculation are always mistakenly calculated. It can cause the company to lose a lot of money. Therefore, this system will let the user know the amount of sales, commission, profit and amount of every car sold made by the company for every types of car yearly. Also, they can know the most preferred types of car and its colour by customer. This can benefit the company where they can improve their sales. It will also allow the user (owner) to monitor every car sales and can avoid any invalid money flow. Besides, it also can record extra car accessories sales. This system will be accessed at the end of the year by the user(owner) to know the profit made by the company so they can improve their sales for the next year.

PROBLEM DEFINITION/ ANALYSIS Analysis: To calculate commission, profit, amount every type of car and amount of sale at NAWA Automobile SDN.BHD. 1. Input: Number of cars sold, price of each car and amount every type of car sold. 2. Process: Commission = (price-original price) *percentage Profit = price-original price Amount of sales = Number of each car sold * price of each car 3. Output: commission, profit and amount of sales

OBJECTIVES 1. To develop a system where users can easily access to observe every year. 2. To calculate amount of sales, commissions and profit in every sale per year. 3. Allow the owner to easily access to manage the bookkeeping. 4. To know the most popular types of car and its colour by customers. 5. To record extra car accessories. 6. To improve their sales for the next year.
