The company has seen success in development and business processes, which has helped it draw number of customers. That translates with the business income and, from a global perspective, generally help in meeting the standards of the customers as well as their expectations.

Marriott World, Inc. acquiring Starwood Hotel has been a crucial logical and strategic investment because it was one of the favourite guests of the Starwood. In the

industry sales and franchising had grown and increasing. At that moment I think this is Marriott's first and strongest acquisition that has helped it since 2016. Customers had an easy time converting and adjusting membership. This was a fun and nicew experience when the number of hotel like Marriot and Starwood programmes connected the accounts, including silver, gold, platinum Memebers. which enhanced referrals the customers to their friends questioned keeping their membership at the hotel Starwood. Because each aspect of service, Marketing policy, and number of brands were found locally in the very newly established organisation. (MARRIOTT, 2019) As every other chain of hotel, Marriott has less individual owners of the hotel but number of members active all over the world in franchising and running their brands. This can be clarifying from the yearly report Marriott International, Inc. 2018, that an enhanced management structure has been in place for the organisation to function around the world, and this factors the need for proactive management in order to accomplish this company profit. I assume that Starwood's acquisition has given Marriott many leverages through the integration of the travel industry; it has tried to house the employees for giant chains. The hosting field is considered to be the pioneer in giving the best services to the upcoming members to the hotels. Higher sales and profits would contribute to changes in business efficiency, making the industry more competitive. It is indicated from the report of Marriott International, Inc. 2018 that the number of total brands is expected to increase. According to the recent report we have more than 30 brands of both the firms, given their disparities in results, helps in believing that it will survive the merger. One of the strongest moves and ethical improvements in the hotel industry that have occurred was due to acquisition and merger with Starwood hotel. It is one of the ideas aimed at developing the business and perform to the near competitors to show that it has a stronger contribution in the international market This is entrancing the take note of that this organization having nearly around a 7 % share in the global market.
