The author did not possess any credentials and it seems that the website has been edited by multiple authors over time. A lot of the citations are outdated and there are punctuation and grammatical errors throughout the article. As a heathcare provider, I would recommend utilizing a reputable website from an educational agency or a reputable health promoting organization.
