Present Perfect Tense: Subject--- have/has---- past participle of the verb Subject ----have not/ has not--- past participle (negative form) I have,……. You have……., He has…. She has…… It has…. We have….. They have……plus the past participle of the verb (Tercera fila de los verbos) In this case, it doesn´t matter whether the sentence is affirmative, negative or interrogative. The verb is always used in past participle form. Examples: 1. I have spoken English for over 30 years. 2. Mary hasn´t worked for two weeks. 3. Has Mike studied lately? 4. We have been to college recently. / 4. We have gone to college these days. 5. What has Erick studied for the last five years? 6. Pat hasn´t read books since last month. 7. The kids have played soccer for a long time. 8. Where has Pablo lived since two years ago? 9. Have you ever written poems? / 9. Have you written poems lately? 10. Where have we stayed for the last four summers? 11. Susan has studied Chemistry since 2018. 12. Belkys has always bought toys for her kids. 13. Miguel hasn´t allowed me to use his car since last month. 14. Kenny has done exercise since a long time ago. 15. What have the boys practiced recently? 16. Erika has never said she feels fit.
