Interactions Drug-Drug: Quinidine and procainamide may antagonize cholinergic effects. Additive cholinergic effects with cholinesterase inhibitors. Use with ganglionic blocking agents may result in severe hypotension. Do not use with depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents.
