Her passionate, vision and motivation inspired us so much. She has showed the way on how to create the perfect proposal which is Business Model Canvas that can be used in future. It was honour and great privilege to do this assignment under her guidance. She also provides with a full information on how to make the proposal. Beside that, we want to thank to my classmate for helping us when we do not understand sometimes and help us to solve the problem. Moreover, to give us extra information to do this proposal of Business Model Canvas and correct us when we do wrong to make sure the assignment is on the right track. Finally, to our family that always been there to support us to do the assignment while at home because of Online Distance Learning due to pandemic Covid-19. It was a great and purely support for us to achieve a good assignment and results.

2.0 Executive Summary Most of the people think to do certain business does not require a complete report of proposal, what the most people out there thinking is to have money in order to start up business. Yes, it is important to have money, but money will be destroyed by the bad idea or incomplete idea of business. Therefore, the purpose of this assignment to enhance our skills and increase our knowledge towards planning an idea on how to do the business. This Business Model Canvas is practically show us on how to develop the new idea and how to create a better flow of doing business or to helps us to get a loan or grant from financial institution. Moreover, the content of Business Model Canvas covered all parts of new start-up business to guide newcomers of industry to identified what is important the most. It also includes the analysis of the competitors SWOT to get an idea what is a real deal of the market in the same nature of business, at least we are aware before anything to be happened later in future. The content of Business Model Canvas such as Key partner, key resources ,revenue stream and all other key point is to guide us on how to interpret the market deals. The most important thing to put ourselves onto the real situation of the business. The analysis is to ensure we do not do anything wrong too much when we in the real situation. Business Model Canvas also a completed proposal of getting the loans or grants form financial institution because they need to see the idea of the business, is it a realistic and can give profit or not. Therefore, the great and complete Business Model Canvas can persuade the financial institution to gives you loan or grant.

3.0 Introduction Chuchih Cooci Services idea were established on 1 November 2020 and will be registered under Companies Commission Malaysia (CCM). The company also will be registered under Local Authority in order to open a physical outlet of Chuchih Cooci Services. Chuchih Cooci Services is a company that are fully owned by Bumiputera title and the target location of the outlet is at Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur. Chuchih Cooci Services committed to give an excellent quality and services to the customers. The business structure of Chuchih Chooci Services is a Private Limited Company which Sdn Bhd to be registered. The services that are offered such as cleaning household carpet, and cleaning interior seat for any type of car is our main expertise to gives to customers. Moreover, we also provided the pick up and delivery service to customers house to get their carpet or car seat cleaning. The purpose of Business Model Canvas is to analyse Chuchih Chooci Services business structure and to get to know the company operation involve in the day to day activities and to have a complete proposal for loan purpose to enhance and to increase the growth of company to another level. Furthermore, this Business Model Canvas to increase the understanding of the business and create the good organizational innovation.

The target customers problem/pain point is financial(Dan Shewan, 2020). Most of our target customers of Chuchih Chooci Services hired a same service with a higher price while they can get a reasonable price and quality assured from Chuchih Chooci Services. Furthermore, many of target customers spend at least more than 40% from the price they can get from us. Therefore, in observation the customers need to change their choice of services to us to save money or reduce individuals cost.

Moreover, the pain point of customers of Chuchih Chooci Services is a productivity(Dan Shewan, 2020). This happen when the target customers need to wait more than 4 hours to get their seat dry after cleaning process, but Chuchih Chooci Services provide the dry time is 2-3 hour only. This will help them not to waste time too long just for the process. Moreover, customers also will get back their carpet more than 2 days to

ready cleaned but Chuchih Chooci Services provide same day pick up and delivery and clean the carpet on the same day.

Lastly, Chuchih Chooci Services gives solution to the target customers to spend the money wisely and worth the money you spend by having a good quality and experience when you use the services. The price offered is at the reasonable price and rate to make sure all level of income can spend here at Chuchih Chooci Services. The machine that we use is very high quality machine to clean the car seat and carpets to ensure free from dirt and bacteria. We also use the nice fragrant to keep the smells good all the time.

4.0 Business Proposal ( Business Model Canvas)

4.1 Unique Value Proposition The products offered by the business have distinctive features compared to other products or services. Chuchih Choochi provides high-quality products in delivering its services. For instance, we used a high-quality machine, and our detergent is made from high-quality ingredients that can kill bacteria and ensure freshness for a long time. Chuchih Choochi can guarantee that all customers will feel satisfied after using our services. ✓ provide a high-quality service for a reasonable rate Chuchih Choochi provides high-quality service at a reasonable rate. Some people might think that our service rate will be expensive because we used high-quality machines and special detergent, but our priority is hygiene and cleanliness. Hence, we focused on giving the best service to our customers for them to ensure hygiene for their sofas and carpets at home. For the machine, we used the cleaner vacuum from the Karcher supplier. As we know it is a wellknown brand and thus the product can be trusted and many people have been using this brand and for our company, we used this brand to give the best quality service to our customer. Moreover, Karcher vacuum cleaners are highly durable and best designed to clean all areas around the house or vehicles easily and thoroughly. If it is fine, coarse, dry, or muddy. Both forms of dirt are quickly extracted with several realistic features

✓ provide customers with two services: car interior cleaning and carpet cleaning(all types of carpet) Our company also provides services such as car interior cleaning and carpet cleaning. This is because we find that many people do not wash their carpets at home, and it can cause itchiness. As mentioned above, our priority is cleanliness and hygiene, hence with the tools that we have, we also provide carpet services. We can do all types of carpets. We will ensure that they will feel like they own a new car and new carpet after using our services. Moreover, with our services, it will only take 2-3 hours of drying time and compared to other company that provides the same service as ours, it might take days to try the car seats or carpets. ✓ Service full hygiene for car seats In addition, we used special ingredients for our detergent to be used when washing the interior car or carpets. By using this, we can ensure that the customer will receive full hygiene for their car seats or carpets. The ingredients of detergent we use have a mix of own chemical so it will be 100% suitable for the customer car seat and also for the carpet at home. Compared to other companies, they might use unsuitable ingredients or chemicals that can cause damage to customers' seats. In addition, we are going to do a thorough scrub to disinfect the car seats. Our exclusive upholstery nozzle vacuum system is specially suited for hygienic purposes. The spray extraction machine will guarantee soft, deep cleaning of the car seats or carpets with 1 spray of pressure and provides excellent results. ✓ Dust-free carpet and car seat service For carpet cleaning, we suggested to our customers to choose the steam kill dust mites method. This is because steam washing is an effective solution for damaging and getting rid of dust mite nests. The steam we use is incredibly hot water, without relying on harsh substances to get rid of rodents, to sanitize places where dust mites live, such as bedding and carpets. While for our car seat service, we suggested to the customer to take the deep cleaning services as we will use our special machine that is specifically for hygienic. Only with one spray of pressure, the extraction machine will ensure soft, and deep cleaning of the car seats which also provides excellent results. We guarantee that our customers will feel satisfied with our services especially when the rate is not expensive.

The interior of your car can collect odours and smells over time, whether you have been carrying smelly things such as food, dirty clothes, or tools, or even animals in your vehicle. And with some not-so-pleasant scents, that can leave you with. Hence with our service, we provide a cleaning service which results in a long-lasting fresh smell. 4.2 Customer Relationship We need to decide the sort of interaction we will have with and of our consumer segments in this section or how we will communicate with them during their journey with our company. It is also important to have a strong relationship with customers so we can create loyalty between the customer and the supplier. ✓ Phone call The relationship with customers is preserved in certain ways. First is through personal assistance which is concerned with human communication. This will be done via phone or face to face relationship. So, when the customer has any inquiries in sending their cars or carpets to be washed, the customers can interact face to face into the store or can contact the number of the business. Through this method, the company can maintain a harmonious relationship with

the customers. Moreover, this will also save time for both parties in communicating about the business. ✓ Customer service Then the customer relationship may also be established by customer service. This is where the company provides the act of taking care of the needs of the client by delivering and providing competent, supportive, and high-quality support from the beginning to the end of the customer-company process. Many people are scared of receiving feedbacks from the customer but actually, customer service is important as it will benefit the business too. As we are running a business, it reflects the overall income from a single consumer account that you can predict. Growing this value ensures that your consumers spend more money on your business. ✓ Apps Next is automated services. This relationship is a combination of self-service with process automation. These processes can identify specific clients and providing information about orders or transactions. When the customer goes through our website, they need to fill in their information, and from there we can track our customers for future too. Not just that, our apps will have discount code for people who pay the services through online. It is hassle-free for our customers too. To make it more efficient and systematic, people can also book their slots to use our services depending on time they choose. From there we will get notify from our customers orders. Hence, the social media of the business will allow the customer to access customized services. Thus, it will indirectly create more personal relationships with them. Additionally, the relationship also can be strengthened through offering the best products to the serious buyer before purchasing it. For example, recommending the best services to the customers that suits their needs.

✓ Direct outlet Though we provide pickup and delivery services, we also have a store where the customer can send their car, or carpets, they will pick up once it is done. When the customer visits our store, this will directly create a customer relationship as the customer can communicate with us and ask about other types of services we provide. Some people prefer to go to the physical and see with their own eyes what services they are purchasing so they will feel more satisfied 8

and trust the business. Hence, we also suggested our customer come to our store, and have a look at our cleaning services process and this will create loyalty and strong customer relationship with the customer. ✓ Provide pickup and delivery service Furthermore, pickup and delivery services are also applied in this business. This method will allow businesses to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with customers. For instance, when the customer wishes to go to our store, but they have no time to go and send their car or carpets, they can just call us and give information such as the customer's addresses, and we will provide the pickup and delivery services to them. It is easier because the customer does not need to go out just to send their car or carpets to be washed. Instead, we can make their life easier by providing delivery services. This will indirectly create a mutual relationship with the customer.

4.3 Channels Channels describe how a business connects to deliver its value proposition and meets its consumer segments. It is important to know which direction or channel can help the business to find the best combination of networks to fulfil how consumers want to be met. There are a few ways an organization can choose in reaching its customers. Either through its channels (B2C), partner channels (B2B), or through a mixture of both. ✓ Social media (FB, IG, YT), Website Cuchih chooci company communicate with the customer through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and our Website. This means that if the customer has no time in going to the physical store, they can just approach us through our social media. From there, they can also survey the services that we provide. We will update feedbacks, results before and after the customers receive our products. From there, the customer can see with their own eyes and this method can indirectly convince people to use it.
