Educating the employees about the requirements of the transformative learning process and its effectiveness in educating adults in different aspects. It can be done through assessing if employees have any idea on this form before (Ebrahimi et al. 2017).
It is expected that the employees can take part in various training and education program with the help of this learning process. To answer, “Do you have any idea about transformation learning?”

Objectives
By the end of the training, employees are expected to have knowledge of 1. Transformation learning and its uses 2. Effectiveness of this process in further training programs through critical thinking from different perspectives

Guiding the employees through a Think & Speak round so that they can be assessed with their knowledge of the required criteria.
It is expected that the employees will be able to 1. Possess critical thinking concepts and viewpoints 2. Undertake to make relation with others by accepting the changes in co-workers 3. make decisions and act with different perspectives The employees will be assessed for their internal knowledge regarding the process. It is required for acknowledging the requirements of individual employees according to the ideas possessed by them.

Guiding a discussion regarding the key facts of transformation learning, its use, and its principles. Undertaking practical examples regarding the use of transformation learning
Employees are required to answer the following question: 1. Who was the creator of the learning process? 2. What are the key concepts of this learning practice? 3. How can this theory be applied in practical situations?
Papers and pen, whiteboard, felt markers, textbooks, projector, speakers, microphone, computer, and presentation on PPT

Distribution of a pre-determined feedback note among the employees containing some question regarding the current topic along with the feedback for the current training process
It is expected that the employees will disclose sufficient knowledge gathered by them during the training process. Positive outcomes from individual employees after the completion of the assessment

Summary
Assessing the employees according to their insights regarding transformation learning through practical application during the work process by the management (Shih & Tsai, 2019)
The employees are expected to use the knowledge gained from the training process regarding the benefits of transformation learning
