Organizational Structure The organizational chart shows the line of the authority frame from the highest position of the organization to the lowest. It will consist of a top management which includes the owner which facilitates the over-all operation of the business. It also shows the different job specification of every employee according to the position they embodied.

Floor Plan The floor plan layout of the proposed business has a total size of 500sqm. While, the building itself has a total size of 375sqm. that has nine different parts which includes office room, food preparation area, sick room, storage room, comfort room, receiving area, activity area, toddler room and the napping area. The layout of the facility was designed for the comfort of the children and for its over-all orderliness. Moreover, all the furniture and fixtures, machineries, equipments and all other materials inside the facilities

were carefully designed and arranged for the safety of the children. Thus, the division walls of the facility especially in the activity, napping and toddler rooms were composed of ply boards (one meter high) on the lower part and glass walls (two meters length from the ply board up to the ceiling) so that the children’s activity can be easily observed even from other rooms. While, soft tiles were used to cover the floor in these areas to avoid floor accidents also, corner edge guard reputing the edges of different furniture’s and fixtures like tables and cabinets for the safety of the children....
