Description

SECTION A: DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE Based on the data collected, 50.6% of respondents are women and 49.4% are male(refer Figure). The age of our respondents is mostly under 13 years old until 49 years old (refer Figure). All the respondents' data will help us identify our target market and make the market segment the highest position in the market.

SECTION B: TEA FLY In the next section B, The first question in the Google form that we ask is the consumption of tea in respondents daily life. According to the result of the survey, majority Malaysian people consumed tea every day(refer Figure). So, it is possible to make a new product development for this kind of product where most of the people are consuming this product usually. All of them are consuming tea product in teabag packaging.

The second question is asking about if they aware about the harmful substances in the teabags that they usually consumed. 58.2% of the respondent aware about the harmful teabag material and 41.8%

do not aware about it (refer Figure). The result show that many people still not aware about the product that they used.

The third question is about the respondents experienced consuming tea in the form of tea bag. From 79 responder, 97.5% of them are have an experienced in consume the tea bag while 2.5% are not have experienced. This indicate majority of the respondents of our survey having experienced in consuming tea where it help us to get more accurate result. As we know, it is estimated more than 80% of teas consumed in Malaysia is black tea, while Chinese Teas and other teas score less than 20% of the total consumption. The fourth question is about the experience the tea label submerged in water when responders use it. There is 94.6% of respondents who consume tea in form of teabag have problem in term of tea labels submerged in the water. Regarding this problem, it is a must to find out solution. So, the new development product of tea bag and clip really needs as a solution to solve this problem. With this solution, it will help the consumer of tea still stick on consuming tea in their daily life.

87.3% of responder agrees that changing the teabags material will help to avoid negative long term effect in our health. Then, only 12.7% of responder did not agree with that statement( refer Figure). Most of the responder agrees with our idea to change the material used for the tea bag to the cheese cloth. These shows that this product may be accept and help the consumer to have awareness about their health that may be worst because of use the product that will harm their healthy in a long term.

97.5% of the responders have chosen that they agree if we change the tag to the butterfly clipnto avoid it from submerged. Only 2.5% did not agreed with this innovation. So, the potential people to using our product is high.

In this question, 87.3% of responders are believed change the material of tea bag to the cheesecloth will give the benefit to them. At the same time 12.7% are not know the benefits of cheesecloth (refer Figure).

96.2% responders need this product to replaced the current type of teabag in the market. Only 3.8% are do not need this product.

Most of the responders are extremely like to purchase our product while the second high percentage of this question is 34.2% very likely to the innovation of tea product. There is 12.7% of respondents who in the middle which is somewhat likely. Luckily, only 1.3% who not so likely to this new development product. We can conclude that this idea encourage the consumer to buy this product if it exist in the market. It is one of a sign that this idea must be produce since it also help to settle the problem of the consumer of tea....
