Compressed (zipped) folder: takes up less space, easier to email or upload to OneDrive or another online storage site; compress file or zip multiple files together into single compressed folder ● Using Zip tool in File Explorer; first put them in a folder and name ● 1. Open File Explorer, select file, group of files, or folder in the File list that you want to compress. ● Click Share tab, then click Zip in the Send group.
