The implications and effects of the Pandemic on education are yet to be known, but they will surely be more challenging for educators and learners in more fragile and unstable context.



The reality resulting from the COVID-19 series raises questions about the nature of teaching and ways of supporting the learning of student Teachers, but it also challenges teacher Education to (re)think ways of (re) educating teacher for scenarios that are unpredictable and unknown but which raise questions related to equity and social justice.

COVID-19 and Teacher Education: A literature Review of online Teaching and learning practices' It provides a review of the literature about online teaching and learning in teacher Education. Implications for European Physical Education teacher Education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Physical education in Teacher Education (PETE), completed a SWOT (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and Threats) analysis and proposed measures of Change required for programme delivery during the academic year 2020-21. From the collection of articles included in this special issue we learn that the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on a global scale has shocked teachers at all levels and at the same time inspired them to find solutions to problems they have not encountered before. This help us to understand the major task students teachers, teachers and Teachers educators have encountered since the Pandemic started and will have to face in the near and not so near future. One of the most important things to remember during this time is that you can always be in control of your learning. Whether you are in elementary school, middle school, high school or college, your Educational success is our priority. As a Student, amidst this pandemic, here are some tips you can use to thrive in remote or online learning environment. Be prepared

 Read your assignments before class, complete your homework, and be ready to respond to your instructors. Be patient  Be patient with yourself, be patient with others while we encourage we are remain to be positive and hopeful, we acknowledge that this is a significant. Disruption to many and being able to adapt may be difficult. Stay connected  Social distancing can feel every isolating. It doesn't mean we are alone. Identifying other means of Interpersonal communications and make a conscious effort to take on the pone, video call, it gets creative in how you adapt social activities into a digital form.

Don't be afraid to ask for help  It is okay if you find yourself struggling to adjust to our " new norm" in person academic and emotional support may not be available, but many schools have set up new pathways and resources for students to get the help they need.

Be self- disciplined  We are finding for many people that the space they learn in is the space they work in and live in. Having a structure and practicing SELF- DISCIPLINE can help us set boundaries and began to maintain a new routine." whoever teaches learns in act of Teaching and whoever learns teaches in the act of learning"

HOW WAS THE PANDEMIC CHANGED THE ROLE OF TEACHERS? There are 2 crucial factors have due to the Pandemic. 1) pedagogical adaptations have proven to be pivotal as the traditional lecturing in-person models do not translate to a remote learning environment.

2) the Pandemic has recalibrated how teachers divide their time between teaching, engaging with students, and administrative tasks.

The Pandemic has highlighted the need for flexibility and more time per student-teacher interactions.

From coping to improving and accelerating: Supporting Teachers in the Pandemic and beyonddiverting the damage brought on by the coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic requires an aggressive Education policy response, which involves;

I) coping during the crisis to reduce learning loss while schools are closed, ii) managing continuity of learning to promote learning recovery as schools re open safely, and iii) using the crises as an opportunity to improve and accelerate, making Education systems stronger and more equitable than they wore before.

Continuous now have an opportunity to build back better and must consider how best to help teachers not only cope through the crisis, but also become better equipped with the skills to succeed in the wake of it....
