This assignment seem to be great and awesome. It can be useful for your work. Just try it for strengthing your post....
I chose the email method in the methods of business communication. According to the Computer Hope, email is information stored on a computer that is exchanged between two users over telecommunication or is a message that may contain text, files, images, or other attachments sent through a network to a specified individual or group of individuals. (Computer Hope, 2021). This method used mostly in the business to message coworkers or manager. Email has key features. Firstly, before writing the email the writer has to salute who is going to receive that email to show him or her fully respect. Moreover, helps the receiver sent to have a curiosity of reading what is next. Secondly, writing clear subject of the email you are going to send is necessary in this method. The subject you write assists the receiver to be aware of what you want in few words and is required always in the business communication. Thirdly, the writer must write the message understandably in few words (if it is possible) and try to avoid grammatical errors. Finally, the signature of the writer is essential at the end of the message written and always signature is the name and contacts. I have experienced this type of method at work many times. For instance, last term during the exam period, I sent an email to my manager requesting to not work in weekend because I will be doing exams. The message received well and feedback was positive where in few days he replied to me that there is no problem and good luck. Additionally, I would have done something to improve the clearness and quality of the message like verifying in Grammarly if there are no errors. References: Computers Hope.
