 Globalization of Business The globalization of business is the major emerging challenges for management. Globalization means making the business boundryless. Being globally we should have to deals with different time zone, different culture and different technology so, it is a very deficult to manage all these issue at once.

 Technology Technology includes any equipment, tools or operating methods that are desinged to make work fast, more efficient. In this modern age every managenment are using technology for the business.

 Quality and Productivity Management needs to supply quality and productive good. Quality supports to miximize the productivity and which unlimately minimizes per units cost of output. The management has to low return from the customers, decreage the wastage of raw material, good quality of product.

 Ethics and Social responsibility Ethics is about an individual’s personal beliefs about what constitutes right and wrong. Manageing ethich is not easy. Managers are concerned because of the complexity of ethics in decision making. Organizations expect to contribute to the quality of life and society. For example CG and many others companies are distrubute charity in different society because of their responsibility.

 Innovation and Change Innovation and change makes the employee more active. Bring new and improved product and services. It increases the market values of the organization. It has become a fact of everyday life for everyone in business operations.

 Workforce diversity Workforce diversity means that organization is becoming more hetrogeneous. There are several diversifications in age, gender. Management need to deal with different workforce consisting of knowledge of workers, team work and employes. The overal age of the worker is increasing. Similarly more women workers are also getting involved in the workplace....
