Candidacy has been an opportunity for leadership that if taken advantage of can lead to leadership opportunities in AMC eventually. This chapter in this book has made me reflect on candidacy so far and see how I have been leading and how I haven’t. Jacko talked about the importance of leading with your words and your actions, and how that’s what good leaders do.
