Sanitize hand, use gloves for moist area : groin, axilla, oozing crusted lesions



Patient’s position : seated with legs draped over side of bed



Start with head and neck o

Postauricular folds

Palpate ymph nodes on neck area : cervical, supraclavicular LN



Arms : fingernails, palms, underarms



Palpate axillary lymph nodes



Lie supine



Chest examination, examine breast for female



Abdomen , cover groin area



Genital area examination



Palpate inguinal lymph nodes



Legs



Feet : dorsal feet, interdigital spaces



Lie prone



Back of trunk, buttocks, intergluteal rea, heels and soles...
