Use the method of sections and draw the shear and bending moment diagrams for the following problems. Indicate values at key points, determine slopes, report values and locations of any local maximums and minimums for shear and moment, draw the correct shapes, etc. (20 points each)
1. Calculate the shear force and bending moments at the key points A, B, C and D, and then draw the diagrams accordingly.
2. (Hint: There is also a zero shear point that you need to identify in this problem. I will update and upload on canvas the provided handout, to add the problem that we started discussing in class, related to this.)
