My favorite intimate apparel pieces from For love & lemons is actually 2 sets featured in their recent releases line. The Aurora and Lily set were made in collaboration with Victoria Secret. They are sold as individual pieces on both collaborator website: bra, thong and garter belt instead of the set paradigm like you would have preferred. I love the sweet aurora and angelic color scheme and the crisscross trim detail of the garter and the v line thong. The design details are extremely unique to which its own brand philosophy. No other brand can copy which makes it special in every way possible. Each piece is beautifully cared for and decorated so that even as individual forms it would stand out and even more so as a complete set. Quite extraordinary. *May be completely biased as to the fact I own several garment pieces from them and the aurora set. Aurora bra:$99 Lily bra:$89 Aurora thong:$39 Lily thong:$39 Aurora garter:$59 Lily garter:$40.98 For love & lemons current themes in recent releases is two string thongs, underwire bras, long line bone paneling detail, triangle & sweetheart hemline and pointelle style construction. For the last 3 years, Bustier and garter belt design combination is still a favored design style.And garter belts are creatively designed in sweet romantic style or dreamlike allure considered a statement piece. Thongs that in high rise and low cuts dominated over briefs. Bodysuits are in bewitching cuts. Fabrics that this brand often uses is polyester with a mix of polyamide in some listings decorated with sweet white, purple, blue and pink floral embroidery and contrasting trims which are usually lace or eyelet detailed. Sometimes, the straps are decorated with ribbons. Some other fabrics that was used was lace and tulle.Ruffling details are often used in on garter belts. As you can see, lace details are careful mitered and designed to fit a certain look- style.

The Lily embroidered set and fuller cup lily embroidered long lined Demi bra are both

my favorite pieces from Fluer du Mal label. There is 9 different color variations of the Lily set but my favorite look is in vixen and pansy while Demi bra only has 3 options. The prettiest color variation would be in glacier. I love the base color palette combo with the skin self which looks pretty on the wearer. It looks like you’ve been painted on beautifully as a flower instead of a decorative piece. Demi bra: $159

Fleur du Mal current

themes are long lined paneled boning, plunge, triangle,

demi, bdsm string styles that’s been embroidered with florals, appliqués with picot and lace trims.Some product listings have have lace, mesh inserts with a playful trim designs as straps.Bustiers are cropped. Bodysuits and Bustiers are generally simplistic compared to most intimate releases.

Color scheme consists of

vixen periwinkle, plum rose,

pistachio and black. ! Bodysuits are rather simple and in common designs you’d find easily in other intimate apparel brands. There’s nothing special about it really. The bdsm bodysuit isn’t bad but its not great either even though the lace trims is used as a display of the theme inspiration. The self fabric in bra and panty has dulled out the je ne sais quoi in the original design.

Fabrics used are mainly silk, polyamide, elastane, lace, sheer mesh, tulle and polyester. Price range : $58-$195.

The illusion underbust corset is my favorite intimate apparel piece by this designer label. I love the peek a boo design and the boning construction that accentuates the feminine shape. I love the garter details that’s been blended in to work as both a corset and a makeshift bodysuit. Illusion underbust corset: $485 USD Color scheme is self(skin),black, red, white and grey.

Current themes displayed in Kiki de Monparnesse are balconette, demi, boning, cutouts, under bust, scoop-sweetheart hemline and peek a boo construction. The overall designs are mainly made up of stretch lace, silk, mesh, stretch satin chiffon, Cotton, polyamide and viscose. Barely any embroidery or floral appliqué used except just lace trims or lace inserts.
