Identify the issues related to jurisdiction of a civil suit. 4. Explain the importance of inherent power of the court. 5. Explain the process of initiation of a civil suit. 6. Explain the proceedings of a civil suit. Teaching and Learning Methods Students will learn through a combination of formal lectures, interactive class discussions, and guided study.
