As a newly hired teacher of our school I will continuously improve my knowledge about the lessons to be teach everyday so that I can impart my knowledge to my learners very well, and to provide them the quality education. I am also planning to study material so that I can learn more to improve myself as a teacher and much capable on teaching my students to give them quality education.

There are instances as a teacher also as an adviser my students have encounter difficulties in their lessons or they have personal problems that’s why they can’t focus on their studies, I see to it that I will not become bias to whom I will give time or attention to listen to their problems so that I can understand what they are going through so that I can give them a piece of advise to help solve their difficulties or problems.

One of his classes has a diverse religious background. One day, two of the learners insisted that the class should start with a prayer led by an assigned student. This leads to a heated debate arguing about their own religious and spiritual beliefs. How can Teacher Luis mediate and help resolve the argument? As the country experiences an alarming surge in COVID 19 cases and as a consideration for learners and student health and well-being the department of education (DepEd) emphasizes that the decision for the suspension of classes and other teaching – related activities and make adjustment in school calendar to ensure that the number of school days in the current school year remains in accordance with RA 11480 (An act Amending Section 3 of RA No. 7797, Otherwise known As “ An act to lengthen the school Calendar from two hundred (200) Days to not more Than two Hundred twenty (220) Class Day”). Because of suspension of classes synchronous and asynchronous classes are created. As a teacher we understand why DepEd need to adjust school calendar for our health benefit, and I’m totally agree with their decision.
