LETTER OF INVITATION Bangladesh Work Camps Association (BWCA) has been pleased to invite Office Executives of the Better World* International Workcamp Organization (BW*IWO)-Korea an overseas partner organization of the BWCA for attending a bilateral meeting between BW*IWO and BWCA from 21 till 25 August, 2017 at its head Office in Dhaka. The particulars of delegates mentioned below for your information and necessary cooperation regarding issuing visit VISA towards Mr. YOM JINSU, President and Ms.PARK JI HYUN, Director of the BW*IWO. Food, accommodation and internal travel expenses will be borne by the BWCA for the duration of program as partner host. BWCA is a member-Organization of the CCIVS-UNESCO (Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service) as well as member of the NVDA (Network of Voluntary Development in Asia Pacific) has been conducting International Volunteer Exchange Program (IVEP) through involving volunteers in it’s short term program like Bilateral workCamp and International workCamps and in long term “LMTV” (Long & Medium Term Volunteering) within Bangladesh since 1962. The overseas volunteers have been rendering their social service together with local people towards community development program in Bangladesh through BWCA and it’s rural based partner Organizations. The meeting will discuss the matter relating to year wise bilateral workcamps to be held for the year 2018 and on ward. Apart from meeting delegates would take part in visiting some on going projects and schools in Dhaka exploring new voluntary projects together with sight seeing. Delegates particulars: 1.
