Post which Tariff as mentioned above will be applicable.

Terms & Conditions 1. Enterprise can choose to change their plans by placing plan change request with their relationship manager. 2. The above plans are subject to the guidelines/tariff orders/directions issued by TRAI or any other statutory authorities. 3. Enterprise Customers need to pay advance payment which will be non-refundable 4. The data used by the consumers for Jio Apps, Video Calls and other content available on internet will be uniformly debited against data allocation. 5. No carry forward of the benefits is allowed, unless specified otherwise. 6. If the services were subscribed at any time in the middle of the billing cycle, then the first bill for rentals would be charged on pro rata basis. Accordingly, the free usage, if any, as per the opted plan would be applicable on pro rata basis and the usage over and above the free prorated usage limit would be charged at actual. 7. On reaching the credit limit, outgoing calls and data services would be barred. This limit is at sole discretion of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited(RJIL). 8. The above plans are intended only for personal use of included services. RJIL reserves the right to discontinue the free Voice benefits offered as part of this plan in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use. 9. The voice/SMS benefits under the plan cannot be used for outgoing calls/SMS to premium numbers, international numbers, and other chargeable short codes; the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same.

10. RJIL reserves the rights to modify/withdraw any tariff plan, promotional offer, add-on pack, special pack, at any time in compliance with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations. In case of any such withdrawal, RJIL reserves the right to shift the customer to any best suited plan as determined by Jio on the date of such withdrawal. 11. All Value Added Services (VAS) are on auto-renewal mode. 12. As per TRAI regulations, the tariff is charged depending upon the duration of the call which is recorded to be within +/- 1 second, traceable to an appropriate time reference. Your usage will be rounded up to the next higher pulse for voice & data usage. 13. Goods & Services Tax (GST) at applicable rates and any other applicable government levies will be charged extra. 14. Bills will be provided in csv & pdf format only. 15. In the event of non-clearance of entire outstanding amount by the due date, RJIL reserves the right to temporarily suspend the services by the 18th day and permanently suspend by the 30th day from the bill generation date
