This tells me that since I am overconsuming carbohydrates, I should feel fatigued, gain weight as excess carbohydrates will turn into stored glucose (fat), 2. I believe the calculations were somewhat accurate. As I am eating from Urban Market here at the university, it is sometimes hard to find the exact foods I am eating on MyFitnessPal. As a result, some foods may have incorrect values. It is also difficult to know whether or not the portions they give you are equivalent to a serving size. 3. a. I should increase consumption of protein as I am below by 50% b. To increase my consumption, I should:  Snack on some almonds instead of eating chocolate bars  Eat high protein foods at all meals (eggs for breakfast, chicken breast for dinner for example)  Drink a glass of milk each day instead of pop. 4. 15g carbohydrates x 4 kcal/g = 60kcal 30g fat x 9 kcal/g = 270kcal 20g protein x 4 kcal/g = 80kcal 60kcal + 270kcal + 80kcal = 410kcal
