Indeed, the changing nature of legal ethics is catalysed by human inconsistency whilst one may set clear rules to be obeyed, there will always be unethical practices to disobey what was set. Thus, the need for measures such as yearly review and discussion of each subset of legal ethics should be put into place. Further, Lawyers should undertake more service requirements to understand the complexity of the human condition to realise it isn’t just terms given in a rulebook.Through these measures and practices, one may be able to acquire a greater understanding of the law, to find the true definition of legal ethics which will always be in conflict. -
