1. Introduction A stroller is an essential item for every family of a newborn baby when they are going to bring the baby outside. The stroller is in great help regarding the carry of the baby safely and effortlessly. Our company, Combi, has been providing baby stroller with good quality for decades. We value the safety, usability for children of various ages, cost, and comfort of the stroller. As a usual practice, this report evaluates our current stroller product in a way that we will provide the state-of-the-art stroller to our customers. 2. Methodology – Text Mining In this report, it uses text mining analytic approach to examine the rooms of improvement for the stroller. At the first stage, it will collect a set of raw data to create a database for further analysis. Since it was a brunch of unstructured data which cannot stored in a traditionally structured database, the next stage would be the conversion of data in the form of rows and columns of numerical data. After that, it will compare the data by using quantitative analysis to figure out the relationships associated with the products and the messages implied from the data. At the final stage, the representative results will be highlighted for further study in aspects of recommendations and suggestions. In this analysis, it collected 26 customer reviews from our Amazon selling website to obtain enough raw data. After converting the raw data into structured data, 58 keywords or sentences were extracted from negative comments of the reviews. Ten significant themes were concluded, namely as “assembly”, “canopy”, “handle”, “operations”, “seat”, “size”, “storage”, “straps”, “wheel”, and “others”. Each of them has its sub-theme and sub-sub-theme for detailed quantitative analysis in a way to account for the number of similar comments. After comparing the data, three major themes were selected as a result of future improvements. 3. Results Among the themes above, the seat (24.14%), operations (17.24%), and wheel (15.52%) have the highest percentage in the customer reviews. For the seat, most of the customers (50%) were concerning on the defective recline function of the stroller, some of the customers (14.29%) asked to provide a larger seat size of the stroller, and a few customers (7.14%) would like to have a more cushioned seat on the stroller. For the operations, two-fifths of the customers are not satisfied with the folding ability of the stroller. There was thirty per cent of the customers found it difficult to docking the stroller onto the car seat. Also, one-tenth of the customers said that the release handle was set against the car seat.

For the wheel, there were of an equal percentage of customers reflected that the tires were deflated easily, and the wheels were hard to control. Only around eleven per cent of the customers said that the front wheel wobbled from time to time. 4. Conclusion After performing a detailed analysis, it seems to be having rooms for improvements. The seat requires improvements on the recline function, the size of the seat, and the cushion coverage on the seat. Apart from the seat, the operations need the developments on the folding ability, docking ability, and the location of the release handle. Lastly, the wheel requires further enhancement on the quality of the tires, the control of the wheels and smoothness of the front wheel. 5. Recommendations Base on the conclusion drawn, there are several recommendations written as follows, 5.1.Seat on the stroller The seat on the stroller provides the safety and comfort to the newborn baby. It should be one of the significant areas that require most of the concern. 5.1.1. Recline Function There will be multiple recline positions mechanism on the new coming stroller as they were many customers requesting this new feature. It will be added onto the existing recline bar, providing five angles of reclining. Customers will be able to adjust the pitch by merely moving up and down the recline handle. 5.1.2. Seat Size There will be adjustable seat size on the new coming stroller to better suit every baby with its age ranging from 6 months to 36 months. Customers can adjust the size by releasing or squeezing the new introduced adjustable band which will be on the back of the seat. With that, the baby could find their fit size on the latest coming stroller. 5.1.3. Seat Cushion The seat will renovate with more comfortable materials for the cushion. The new padded seat will also consider the new adjustable band to look for a balance on how to cater the most comfortable seat experience while adjusting the seat into different size. 5.2.Operations of the stroller The operations of the stroller provide the user experience on folding and releasing the stroller. These are important as they would help the customers to use the stroller effortlessly.

5.2.1. Folding The folding button of the stroller will move to the top of the handlers. Also, there will be a semi-automatic folding function added to the stroller, which makes the customers folding easily. 5.2.2. Docking Since the adaptor has caused inconvenience to the user, there will be a new feature added into the new stroller. There will be seat belt added on the car seat so that the customers, who did not want to use the adaptor, can use the seat belt instead. 5.2.3. Release handle Apart from the seat belt, there is also an invention on the adaptor. The release handle of the old adaptor was placed on both sides of the seat. It has caused inconvenience to customers. Instead, there will be one release button placed on the top of the car seat to reduce the complexity of releasing the adaptor. 5.3.Wheel on the stroller The wheels on the stroller are also crucial to the performance of the stroller as a whole. 5.3.1. Inflation of the tires Many customers are complaining about the quality of the tires. To avoid the deflation of the tires, bicycle tires with thorn resistant inner tubes and tire liners are introduced to the wheels. With the upgrade, the tires are strong enough for daily basis usage. 5.3.2. Control of the wheels The original wheels will be replaced as bicycle tires introduced on above. Plus, a larger size of wheels will also be introduced to make it rolls effortlessly. 5.3.3. Smoothness of the front wheel Apart from the two new features of the wheels, there will be a dual-front-wheels on the coming stroller for superior manoeuvrability.
