WHAT I HAVE LEARNED REFLECTION 1. Describe your role as a citizen-student during this pandemic. During this pandemic, everyone has its own responsibility or role and responsibility. As a citizen-student my role is quite hard but happy most of the time. In this pandemic I can clearly show what are the things that I need to do. I always push myself to study hard but I am also telling myself to have joy in my life. I can say that it is really hard to cope up as a student during this time of pandemic because many things change and there are lots of things you need to adjust. However, there are also lots of things that I develop and learned that are really helpful to me. I know that this pandemic is giving us a hard time but let us not let ourselves to be fully affected by this. No matter what happens we still need to live and do our role.

WHAT I CAN DO 1. List down the things you can do at home as a citizen-student during this pandemic.  Study hard.  Doing and answering all the activities assigned to me.  Be healthy all the times.  Keep safe.  Follow the protocols.

LESSON 2: FINDING JOY IN THE “NEW NORMAL” (Integration of Psychosocial Activities in the Lessons)

WHAT’S MORE ACTIVITY 2: ME AND MY FAMILY 1. Think of the recreational/ positive activities you and your family did during the quarantine period.  Watching television, eating together, playing small games, and many more. 2. Describe how you and your family support and help each other to move forward through these activities. Did you find enjoyment in what you did at home? Write your observations below. This pandemic brought us stress, problems, and other negative things but when we look at the other side of it we can what good things this pandemic brought to us. Since we are allowed to go outside then we have all our time in staying at home. And by that we have a lot of time to spend with our family. We do things altogether like watching television, eating together, playing small games, and many more. When I am at home and we are spending our as family, the thought of the pandemic are gone to our mind and the enjoyment and happiness are the things that are present in the mind of everyone.

ACTIVITY 3: # COVID-FREE 1. Think of a recreational activity you dream of doing when the pandemic is over. 2. Draw it inside the box. 3. Write your reflection below your drawing.

Based on my drawing it shows that when the pandemic is over I want to have a vacation with my family and friends. I want to have a long bonding and time for them without ng that everyone will be sick. I want a close contact with them. Simple bonding with my love ones will feels like nothing worst happened

to us. My drawing just simple but the meaning and the message behind it is so wonderful.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED REFLECTION 1. Visit and observe your neighborhood by the window. Based on your observation, write a reflection on how the people there do things that bring significant changes and contributions in the society during this pandemic. Did they follow the existing rules and regulations set by the local government unit for everybody’s safety? How?  Actually it is hard to see what my neighbors are doing in their home when I am only looking by the window but there some things that I saw. I saw the children answering their modules, their parents guiding them, and other members of the family busy with their cellphones. Sometimes I saw other members of their family roaming around without wearing face mask. But I understand that because they don’t communicate to other people and also they are at their house. There are times also that I saw their parents going somewhere far from their home and they are following the protocols.

WHAT I CAN DO 1. During this time, list down positive activities that you can do at home. You may consider planning for an urban garden, starting to do changes in the arrangements of your furniture, house painting, general cleaning, and the like. Somehow, these are ways to see change in this trying time. These activities will help you move forward. Invite your family in this new normal and enjoy every minute of your recreation with them. Have fun!  Exercise  Doing Zumba  Making a small garden  Make changes in our home  Learn to cook  House painting  Clean the whole house
