IDENTIFY THE GOAL As any other people, they would choose the most important goal they would like to achieve that determines their future. Thus, my goal is “create my own business from scratch”. I set this as my goal because I am inspired by my father who is a businessman and have a company of its own. LIST THE BENEFITS – WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME? The benefits that I would get is not just when I achieved it, but also during the process of achieving it. I believe by achieving my goal, I would be more independent of myself compared to my current usual self as building my own business would require my personal hardship and I need depend on to myself more than others. Furthermore, as I mentioned before, my goal would be something important for my future-self, thus, if I manage to achieve this goal, I will gain more self-esteem. Some personal goals can be proud of by others too, including this goal, the benefit that I will earn will be returning the favor to my parents for raising me ever since I was a child, I would like to make this goal not just for myself to be proud of, but also my parents too. Other than that, I will be granted learning opportunities that gain me a thorough understanding of the various business functions since I’ll require to be involved in every aspects of the business. Since I will be an owner of a business, I will be working in a field that really satisfy and comfort me the most which I personally enjoy it. Thus, it is because ill be able to put my skills and knowledge to use, and I will gain personal satisfaction from implementing my own very ideas, working directly with customers, and watching my business succeed. Finally, there is also a feeling deep inside me that this goal is something impossible and unrealistic for me to achieve, but once achieve it, I will be able to escape from the negative thoughts and believe I will be able to achieve any other goals if I have the dedication to and, find more about myself and what I actually good at in the process. LIST THE OBSTACLES TO OVERCOME In order to obtain our achievement, we have to strive for the best and never give in. But throughout the process, we have to surpass grievous obstacles to make good outcome out of it. The major obstacle that I have to overcome by this far is my laziness, sometimes this behavior overtaken me and prevent me from doing such tasks. I am also easily to get distracted and difficult to focus on a certain pace, with this I’m not just wasting my time and hold myself back from completing a task, but also once I get distracted, its hard to get back in track. The goal that I’m currently aiming at is something I haven’t done before, therefore I do not have sufficient experiences, knowledge, skills and understanding to proceed this achievement.

But I believe if I urge myself to become a better person and adapt from being lazy, the process would not be getting delayed on and the performance will be exact or surpass from my expectation. LIST THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED As mentioned before, my goal is to establish my own business. Thus, I have to become an entrepreneur in order to do so. The skills and knowledge I mainly require is from the expect of an entrepreneur which are adaptability, I need to adapt from any sort kind of changes. Much of the time, what people start out doing isn't necessarily what you end up doing when they are good. As they launch their company, they’ll notice that some of the stuff you expected to work don't. They’ll run into something that they weren't expecting to work. They’ll observe people in your business doing things that will benefit your business, and they’ll imitate them. Being adaptable is difficult and critical. If I want to become an entrepreneur, the only thing that will be constant is change. A second close to adaptability is communication skills, even though it is basic, but it plays a major role in business community. Any contact with customers, partners, colleagues, clients, and prospects requires clear and concise communication. Finally, I have to gain the knowledge of how to write down a business plan, as any other businessman knows, business plan is set to be a blueprint for businessman’s guidance in managing their business. IDENTIFY THE PEOPLE AND GROUPS TO WORK WITH When it comes to open up a business, it is sometimes impossible to do it alone, hence, having someone on board would makes thing possible and easier. But those specific individuals that I will allow to board the same ship as I am would be either a friend of mine which I known for couple of years or my family members, with skills that required to achieve this mission. The purpose of it because I need individuals who are trustworthy enough for me and since they are known to me ever since I grew up or even known to me for more than 3 years. These individuals easy for me to understand on how they behave or what they are expertise in. Other than those particular individuals, working with an organization that experienced in working in a business organization beforehand help me to understand and define what is the proper business organization is. With that said, I can identify what are the DO’S and DONT’S when building a business. DEVELOP A PLAN OF ACTION Generating a plan to achieve my goal would be the crucial of all this matter as it shows the blueprint from start to finish of the entire process of it. The process would begin with me listing down all the requirements to run a business from start to finish and it can be referred as a business plan per say. Yet again, that’s just a board statement and there is more into it. Again, my goal is to create a business, but I have not mentioned what kind of business would be, which still is an on-going question that yet to be answered. But one thing for sure is that the business I would run is something that is trending, high or constant demand, and can survive for decades. What comes next is member recruitments that have skills and knowledge in each respective department in the business. That would not only make things easier because they have the

knowledge, but also, we can exchange knowledge and point of views that can lend a hand for the business to grow.

SET A DEADLINE FOR ACHIEVEMENT Like any other goals, I need to coordinate the deadline for my achievement, in doing so, I will have to identify all of my business establishment’s tasks in terms of how long the tasks would take with the number of people performing it and when to perform it, once I got the answer, I can organize those tasks which lead to the duration it takes to create a business. The estimation deadline would be in 2 years from now during 2023, when I am 24 years old....
