Along with this brochure- I had to develop a prospectus for attracting universities to try our service to fill in their existing gaps. another objective was to prepare concise questionnaire for Lee sir and also find out target universities. I have also worked the following1. Preparing 2 questionnaires for Lee sir. 2. Prepared a document consisting of universities in 20 states that we can target further. This was my last work in the consultancy division. I then started in PR division in next month.

Work done- June We were given a task of observing the business and suggesting some changes to that so I suggested the following1. Overall business strategy. This is to make dual degree candidates progress in an organic manner which would eventually help people to get a chance to make a better life for themselves. The progam also demands and showcases how a student can fulfill their foreign study dream and also emphasise more on being independent and peer learning factor. 2. Develop Consistent MessagingWe can consistently develop proper social media platforms and integrate our website to promote the program. 3. Who are we trying to target?- School going kids or dropouts What is their educational background?- Commerce or arts background preferable How old are they?- ages ranging from 16-20 Awareness- Here, we’re going to brainstorm and prioritize how customers can learn about your brand. So basically we’re going to list all the marketing initiatives you can take. 4. Brand persona- Here, we’re going to focus on making a human connection with your audience. Now, word of mouth, which is leveraged by social media, means that the consumers do have a voice. So now, they expect that the brand their chose have a human side as well. People expect brands to have a personality, so that they actually feel like they’re engaging with a person, when they’re really engaging with the brand. Top communication Channels: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.

Instagram and facebook Website LinkedIn Emails Billboards Collaboration with career guidance institutes. (CEE OR MANTHANN) Workshops at kids developmental centre. (poesis) Workshops at common platforms ( AMA etc.)

After this work I also worked on suggesting video ideas for making the webinar more interesting. The ideas which I gave were•

We can make a student vlog showing daily life.

Interviews for alumnus and present students.

Editing already existing campus tour program.

If possible we can make a virtual tour.

A university video having duration of 1-2 mins.

The following ideas were given to Vipin sir. He told me to refine the PPT and forward it to Rohit sir. I also suggested actions for social media sites like•

We can reactivate the YouTube channel and can do also the following-

Develop a more Indianized college tour video.

Interview of already graduated students who are successful.

A daily vlog of a student which focuses on their schedule and study pattern.

Promote the channel through google ads and other social media platforms.

After this I suggested for internshala pnas where, we can post a new opening on internshala. Here we can appoint school ambassadors who can help us communicate with the school students. This would work directly with school students and would attract them to this dual degree course. I was told that this will be taken in later stage. The other work that I did was with Sudipta sir This is a common technique that I have thought about regarding what we can do in schools and tuition classes. There are two ways to contact where we will call mostly in tuitions and in schools we can ask for a platform. Our three main goals would be◦

Convincing 12th passout students of this year for a small meet from tuitions

We can also ask 11th students for a short webinar after 2 months.

Same for 12th students.

We can simply follow this steps to properly target students.

Work in July-

The month of July, was when majority of my team members had left, and I had to cover up their work. I began to list down their work which came out to helping and coordinating with campaign designing companies along with managing chatbot also. I also continued the work of posting stories and keeping social media handles like Instagram and Pinterest active. I was also given the permission of posting the network internship on Internshala. It mostly had positive response as Here, we can see that the total applications have amounted to 30. Out of which, 3 are still at pending decision. 13 students have been rejected due to no response or lack of interest. 14 are shortlisted.1 student from Mumbai, majority students are from northern India. 14 students are up for the projects. Interviews can be scheduled next week. Also, they are even ready to work for 2-3 hours. Have explained majority of their doubts. Will wait till end of the week for more responses After this work, we had a meet with Ninad sir, where beginning from second week till the end of the month I was given the task of cold calling. I had to call 30 schools and 30 students. I emailed about 25 schools and got positive response from 23 students, who were called for webinar. Other than that I actively participated in Internshala work and also had organised interviews for new students. In internshala, I posted three new internships and will conduct interview during august and will also work towards 3D and AI program if I get a chance. So overall, I worked in PR, consulting, HR and social media section of the company.

Learnings The internship program was a huge learning curve for me. The following are the major learning aspects from my internship: •

How to acclimatize and adapt in the organization culture in short time period.

To understand the organization process it is necessary to have basic market knowledge.

This experience has also showed me the importance of having a healthy and ethical work culture.

I learned marketing terms and tools being used in market today.

I learned how to interact with different people in order to get our work done because communication is an important key aspect in the corporate world.

Basic knowledge of online portal is important and linking industry’s growth with the partner’s growth creates positive impact.
