MINUTES OF MEETING ON THE APPOINTMENT OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND ADOPTION OF SPECIAL CLAUSE, AS RELATING TO THE INCOME AND PROPERTIES THE GREAT GOOD SHEPHERD ASSOCIATION. Attendance: 1. Mr. JohnBosco Nwaddiriora 2. Mr Eugene Nchekwube 3. Mr Ugwu Kingsley 4. Mr Igwebueze David Commencement: The meeting was declared open with a short prayer by Mr John Bosco at about 1.20pm. Mr. John Bosco mentioned the items on the agenda, which amongst others included the appointment of the Board of Trustees, Adoption of the Special Clause into its constitution. Adoption of the Constitution: The fnal draft copies of the proposed constitution was distributed among the members and was eventually adopted after an extensive examination of, and debate over the various clauses therein as The Constitution of THE GREAT GOOD SHEPHERED ASSOCIATION. Appointment of the Board of Trustees: On the issue of appointment of trustees, Mr. Eugene stated that it was one of the basic and essential requirements of law for every non-proft oriented organization to have trustees who will carry out the activities of the organization. He further stressed the important legal and moral responsibilities that the Trustees would bear; he advised that only upright, committed and loyal persons should be appointed as Trustees. After extensive discussions, the following persons were appointed by unanimous votes of the General Assembly as the Board of Trustees of THE GREAT GOOD SHEPHERD ASSOCIATION: 1.
