Executive Summary

TechShopBD had started journey for the sake of engineering students and teachers, little scientists, enthusiastic researchers so that they can easily get exceptional and necessary electronic parts for developing electronics projects, devices. The organization just not only sells and reaches exceptional and necessary electronic parts and products but also offers tutorials on diversified projects. TechShopBD is currently using affiliate revenue model. Moreover, the online retail store is working as an online distribution solution for its key suppliers. Furthermore, affiliate revenue model of the online retail store has enabled its target market to contact personally with its key suppliers to get their desired electronic parts and devices. TechShopBD is pursuing fixed pricing strategy right now. Moreover, the organization charges only Tk. 55 countrywide for providing home delivery service which is lower than its competitors. Recently, TechShopBD is using Transaction Processing Systems and Executive Information System. TechShopBD is available on both Web 1.0 and Web 2.0. Moreover, the organization does both blogging and vlogging. They have decided to expand their product category to gain competitive edge over competitors. And they are going to do it by distributing Onnorokom Science Kit of Onnorokom Electronics Company Limited.

TechShopBD usually provides technology support and related assistance. Moreover, it is an online retail store that sells varieties of electronic parts. Actually, it focuses on different types of competent electronic projects for selling electronic parts. The organization also collects exceptional devices for enthusiastic researchers from varieties of sources that may not be found in Bangladesh. The organization just not only sells and reaches exceptional and necessary electronic parts and products but also offers tutorials on diversified projects. TechShopBD is currently using Transaction Processing Systems for updating sales order entry, shipping records, payroll and Executive Information System for pursuing trend analysis, exceptional reporting as demands of researchers for electronic parts, devices tend to change time to time.

Context: TechShopBD had started journey for the sake of engineering students and teachers, little scientists, enthusiastic researchers so that they can easily get exceptional and necessary electronic parts for developing electronics projects, devices. In addition, electronic parts including capacitor, project board, I. C, microcontroller can be found in the organization. Arduino and FPGA module can also be found. Smart and affordable modules that are developed by TechShopBD can allow to do tasks like increasing and decreasing voltage for projects. Furthermore, extraordinary thing about the online store is that customers can easily get motor, sensor for developing robot by avoiding intolerable crowd. In case of making robots, tutorials that are posted on its website will work as facilitator. The online store imports electronic parts from abroad for its customers.
