Drawing on their own personal 'workplace' experience, students are to write a mini case-study (max 1500 words) on a key OB concept. Full details of this assessment task will be provided to students in Week 1 of the session. Note: it is recognised that some students may not have a great deal of personal workplace experience on which to base their case study. In such cases the student will be required to interview someone they know who is able to provide a first-hand account of the OB concept and its application to an actual workplace setting.
