MONITORING AND SUPERVISORY TOOL FOR TEACHERS ON MODULAR DISTANCE LEARNING Monitoring is the process through which the implementers of the project/undertaking ensure that actual activities conform to the planned and intended ones. It is employed to make things happen in accordance with the plans, programmes and timeframes initially specified in the new normal delivery of instruction. This tool shall be used by the School Heads in the conduct of instructional supervision in this new normal state. DIRECTION: Check the column corresponding to the scale of 1 to 5 provided with the column for the Remarks where 1 is poor and 5 is outstanding.
