EXERCISES EXERCISE 4 [Practice 5 - Quality] QUESTION: What is the role of DoD [Definition of Done] in evaluating the quality of deliverables? ANSWER: The Definition of Done sets the scope for evaluation: for a deliverable to be good enough, i.e. for its quality to be good enough, it has to be within the definition of done. In other words, the DoD contains what the quality is and how it is assessed by the client, i.e., what are the criteria for approval for the client. Ultimately, if well defined, the DoD will ensure the delivery of value to the client, since the value will have quality in itself.
