2. Managerial effectiveness’s can see as the performance to reach best improvement in the business organization by profit, HR management, rate of productivity, quality technique, environment and responses of mangers  FF Company can measure effective management by their HRM & development by organisational view point. HRM and development is almost effective defined way to estimate the management effective. It estimates manager’s effectiveness and objective in varied business organizations. The business has to conditions the development opportunities to staffs by varied of works, as training and developmental programme’s practical experience and giving rewards to personals or teams on success. Have to encourage labour safety and support in organization to increase effectiveness. Reference to FF Company David created a diverse working place like hospitality. There are female directors which mean equal opportunities’ in company respects to equality and reputed through it. David introduces some training opportunities, bonus schemes and health benefits for his employees, maintain the safety with machineries and safety measures of employees, increases productivity in the FF Company and staffs.  Other options to measures manager effectiveness is by business point of view which encourages the focuses on the vision, mission goals and objectives of Company. It motivates collaboration and communications in organization with labours and reveals sensitivity to public concerns. In FF Company by seeing the mission statement founded by MD of Fraser is transparent example for mission & vision which figures the organization target to provide quality products to customers and what they achieve with suppliers, showing managerial effectiveness as they produces the reputation to continue expansion. FF Company look at the customer feedback and aware on carbon footprint release and plastic uses. As an output they have decreased their falls. Apart from manufacturing facilities, ensuring suppliers are locales and increasing recycling methods. 3. Behavioural theory of leadership can linked with McGregor’s X theory & Y

theory. While X as authoritarian and y is participative , X – drive by monitory contents, avoids work when possible, lack ambitioned & dislike responsibilities, different to organizational needs and lack creativity & resist change as well as Ydriven by job satisfaction, activity seek worked, shows ambitioned and responsibility, committed to organizational goals and creative. David Fraser describes as the Theory X of McGregor, David feels it is manager’s role to make decisions and deigns influence in production process. He didn’t focus on the involvement of Workforce and believes they want to be only doing what they told and no desire responsibilities to workforce. He admits staffs were motivated apart only by amount of money and should paid bonuses as rewards on achievements on targets. Robin Fraser food describes as the theory Y of Mc’s, he feels it that every single worker’s responsible is on is their works.

Hersey and Blanchard's theory about leaders need actions which flexible and adapt environment of working. To make work and organization success by developing their skills, refers varies prospective to manage the business organization. Every personal having own process style, this theory says 4 leadership actions.

1st is directing phase decision on the work course by leaders and communicates about the process going ahead. This phase targets mainly high directing & low supporting. This phase in FF Company about new employs whereas with managers focused towards the tasks while labours are not comfortable with task process but Managers high task minded is more harm to new labours and work may create relationship issues. 2nd coaching phase happening when leaders on deciding the action still enable some amount of collaboration in entering in relationships with teams means high directing & high support, In Fraser Food Company David son Robin is mostly attentions upon the two which is relationship & task while Robin wanted his employees to participate in training directions for maintaining the maximum work condition & to ensure labour about completing task at standard, there he refer staffs on 1st name of him basic. This refers Robin’s commitment in task & relationship maintaining. 3rd supporting phase where leaders’ allowing the team to involves in decision makings, Leader highly looks on supporting individuals and serving their needs, by doing relationship at high & task low. Kathryn participates and supports leadership styles. Where she supports for staff by offering in-house training and providing psychological support to staff teams of her, 4th is delegation phase where low view on relationship & task. There small lack in leadership as managers to understand own staff & constructing relationship and trust, while personals grown and able finish the activity & responsibility on work. Hazim allows his teams to work freely under him when staff about their day and task. The 4 phases says that leaders have to put high focuses or less focuses on task and the relationship between leaders & teams. 5. Fraser Food organization can see different leadership theory applications. Here

clearly shows that David who is present MD follows X theory as managing employees by not allowing staffs to involving on decision making processes which fare off the possibility of self-empowerment & knowledge of staffs in his organization while create a strict way related rule where staffs to address him as “boss” which take offs the individual connections with him and his labours, may create a fake strict point of view about him, as the leader of organization. When regards at Robin & Kathryn who are highly comfortable with their labours, when Y theory of leadership allows employee to address them in a friendly approach by the first name and support personally. Their individual broadening in the organization I suggest David has to change his leadership style then understanding between David & his labours will increases highly motivated & influenced working environment in FF organization while expanding will leads more success when motivated employees are there.

Warren Bennie and Bert Nanos (1985) observed and said that each one has to identify own style of leadership, if not they not a leader. Identified common characteristics by Bennie and Nanos 1. Understanding on vision of organization 2. Observe people as assets 3. Chase commitment by making values and views 4. Keep on outputs strength & weakness and encourage followers IN FF Company- Consistency and honesty, visions intent mind, Awareness of weakness, communicating the vision Bennies & Nanos said that “effective leadership can move organisations from current to future state, create visions of potential opportunities for organisations”. Managers in FF organization have to guarantee their work is effective and clear communication with workforce; vision that for FF Company which are reducing over dependency on suppliers and super market Perkins. Robin could have effectiveness in communication with his plane in maximizing full automating process. As the staffs feel worried about effect of this will on their job. Robin also to be true to FF staffs in order to make their uneasiness and made them understand their involvement in the process of automation

Conclusion By identifying Roles and activities of mangers they can increase their skill with increasing effectiveness of employee’s jobs; by measure managerial performance FF can increase their manager’s performance while understanding of applications of Behavioural theory of leadership, contingency theory or transformational theory which refers for productive managerial styles by understanding on leadership theory helps to Fraser food on its expanding process of Robin.
