Description

My score on the Memory section of the Discovery Wheel was . . .? My score on the memory of the discovery wheel was a 30. I can pretty much recall important information that i memorize in my brain/thoughts. Especially when I categorize it as important.

Some ideas about memory that I read and already knew about in this chapter include . . .? Being able to use a variety of techniques helps me memorize important things. For example I like to organize my information like color coating my notes to enhance the important facts. It helps me visualize what I need to remember much more easily. I also tend to restate what I need to remember in my head many times.

The most surprising thing about memory that I learned from reading this chapter is . . .? The most surprising thing about memory that I learned was the technique about setting a trap for your memory. It sounds like a pretty great idea. Mainly because the example given about the ring is very true, when I wear something like jewelry I tend to wear it on my left hand because im a lefty and if i were to change it up it would feel weird and different which is what the idea is mainly about, to help you trap a memory/reason why you made a difference.

Intention The idea from this chapter that could make the biggest difference in my life right now is? Using what I have learned in my daily life. I think if your able to use what you have learned into your daily life and be able to connect it to yourself on a personal level. It won’t only stay in your head but also your will be able to better understand what you learned and be able to connect it to your daily life as a personal experience.

A habit that I could adopt to put this idea into practice is . . .? A habit that i can adopt to put this idea into practice is, to write everything down. When I don’t remember important facts I tend to always look back if i wrote it down in my notebook I would say half the time I do write it down, but it would be great if I made it my habit. A suggestion from this chapter that I will likely use in my career is . . ? Overlearn, is something I would most likely use in my career. When you over learn you give your brain more information, extra practice to better understand I would say it would make you and expert on acknowledging what you learned....
