Our project study aimed to create or class scheduling and loading system by applying knowledge based approach, appropriate heuristic function and rule sets to load correct course and allow a search for the best slot on multiple available slots within the decision support framework. The result of the study indicate the reduction of time required for the course scheduling and continuous improvement for the system adding new constraint and requirements. 1.1.
