Personality Traits Essay Psychoanalysis is an approach to things based on a perspective of psychology utilizing a clinical technique. A proportion of those who have a purely psychoanalytical interpretation of human actions emerge. Most psychologists have a much more complex therapeutic approach at present. Psychoanalysis perceives many modern psychologists distrustfully. Some claim that Freud's method of thought is also absurd. Some current efforts to revitalize focus on psychoanalytic concepts that are more evidence-based (such as attachment theory) or on connecting Freud's idea of the unconscious to modern neuroscience (Cherry, 2019). Present psychologists agree that improved software, knowledge of many other psychological alternatives, and effective communication with other health professionals can increase the efficacy and effectiveness of psychoanalytic approaches. The study of personality can be very broad. There are significant theories that play a role in the personality assessment that is taken into perspective when analyzing. One of the theories that are analyzed is the social learning perspective theory. Social learning theory purposes that people learn through their environments. Albert Bandura is a social cognitive psychologist who was known for his social learning theory and his Bobo Doll experiment. Bandura suggested, “Most human behavior is learned observationally through modeling: from observing others, one forms an idea of how new behaviors are performed, and on later occasions, this coded information serves as a guide for action.” (Bandura,1977). I believe that this is one fundamental theory in personality today because of the influences that others have on an individual. Many times, especially in young adults or children, they face the hard reality of life when they are in school and have peer pressure from other students to have to dress or talk like one another. Once they do not fit into that culture, then they become self-conscious within

themselves. I think that this theory is primary to personality assessment because when assessing another individual, you have to find the best way they pick up on new habits or learn. What they learn and pick up is how they determine what their personalities are like. We all pick up habits or learn new things, and whether it may be positive or negative, it is what makes up our personalities. Carl Rogers was indeed an influential humanistic psychologist that developed a philosophy of personality that emphasized the importance of collective inclusion in the determination of human characters. Carl Rogers was the theorist of humanism. He has been viewed as another of the originators of this theory, where the humanistic perspective believes an individual perceived self-concept among all human beings. Rogers was firmly convinced that even an individual should often accomplish individual goals. Much of his goal achievement theory has everything to do with a person's environment. The environment should be optimistic and assist and the ability to understand the person. He compared it to a flower who needed a pleasant environment in order to grow. It is the same or individuals. The organism has one underlying tendency and striving - to actualize, maintain, and enhance the experiencing organism (Estes, 1952). Developing Creative Personality Trait The initial step towards improving my distinct characteristics of creative personality seems to be the consciousness of the obstacles by boosting my perception and open-mindedness. Well, into the second instance, I intend to do something different on a day that is not usual for me or in my comfort zone. I can assume that I should avoid fixing challenges quickly and start strategizing, contributing to problem-solving as well as a more creative approach to resolutions. I

will improve my imaginative personality description of differing ideas and alter my bad traits favorably by relaxing and understanding them. Conclusion The theorist's relation is the common ground of creation of concepts that can describe how and why it induces factors in personality, emotional development. Theories are shaped to justify each physical brain and perhaps the different factors that influence the development of daily existence, and which proceed to shape concepts from many other theorists ' hypotheses. Psychoanalytical theorists have several common interests, one of the common significant among which is how we have an unconscious thought process, as well as that childhood experiences have profoundly shaped our personalities. Psychoanalytical methods of therapy can often focus on helping a person to be even more conscious of thoughts and traits of thinking that have been hidden away throughout the unconscious mind. They may even detrimentally affect his opportunity to live a productive life. The purpose is always to make the individual continue living increasingly peacefully.
