Literature Review Proposal Name of Student: Emma Pang

Aim of Literature Review: The aim of the review is to explore the role of interpretation of accounts and the importance of ratio analysis in evaluation the financial performance and financial position of an incorporated entity. Broad outline of review: Firstly the literature review will discuss the primary roles in which financial analysis plays in the assessment of the incorporated entity. This includes analysis of financial performance, financial position and financial adaptability. Then it will consider the relevant stakeholders and the questions they may have regarding their investment/ involvement in the company. Finally the review will address any possible limitations of ratio analysis and the affects that they may have on both the incorporated entity and it's stakeholders.
