When (if) you submit something to the SJSU HS-IRB you follow these procedures: http://www.sjsu.edu/gradstudies/docs/irb_procedures.pdf

Follow this link to the CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) and complete the online training. It will take about one to two hours. https://www.citiprogram.org/Default.asp?

After you have completed the training, print off a copy of the “GRADEBOOK” showing your passing score. This printout is due to me by Wednesday, June 12th, 2014. Do NOT leave it to the last minute....
