Assignments: 1. Article Review: What interests you in the psychology of health? Choose your topic from any of the chapters we will cover this term (you may have to read ahead). Then, find a recent research article (last 10 yrs) that in not cited in the text that reviews any aspect of the topic of interest. The body of your review will be 4 pages (APA style font, margins and citations) or less (does not include your title page or references). You will report the main finding of the theoretical background of the research, the hypotheses, and the findings. Report how the findings compare to what the text says about the topic. This will require you to understand the main points and to be able to clearly and concisely report on those points. Proper APA style title page, citations, and references required. No quotations please. A small portion of your mark will be on meeting APA rules. However, the major portion of your mark will be based on your understanding or theory, and judgement of the findings as well as your ability to clearly express your thoughts on the topic within the confines of the size of your paper. 2. Group Assignment: During the second class you will be assigned to a group. Your group will be responsible for producing a presentation for the November 26
