PHOTOCELL

COMMISSIONING AND TEST PROCEDURE 1- Take the car to the landing level. Connect 220V AC to power supply input (5-7 terminals) of board. Do not forget to connect earth connection (terminal 6). 2- Set 4 dip-switches on the board according to door specifications. 3- Switch ON supply and see OK led is flashing. 4- To start learninig procedure push program button (51). If door is open, door will close slowly and will open if door is close door will open slowly and will close. This process must be completed succesfully. Otherwise system never works properly. 5- After completing Learninig process, push TEST button (50) shortly and test door's operations. Operational setting will be the same as normal operation. 6- After completing Test process succesfully, connect door command inputs coming from lift control panel to input terminals (8-CLOSE, 10-COMMON, 12-OPEN). Inputs voltage must be 12V-220V AC/DC. Test door by activating door open and close commands from controller.
